An oyster shooter is shucked oyster meat in a small cup. The oyster is
married to some cocktail sauce, some lemon juice, horseradish and a
half shot of vodka. We describe it as a Bloody Mary with an oyster
chaser. The suggested way to eat an oyster shooter is to sip the liquid
and then shoot the oyster. Oyster shooters really get the party going!
