Each year, I serve oysters at several public events. It might be a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day (Oh I do miss those CB Hannegan’s day) or an art gallery opening.
Perhaps my most festival is the the Bonny Doon Art & Wine festival each fall. It is an amazing community celebration with some fine artists on display. Don’t be fooled by the title, there’s also great beer to quaff. This is usually in the fall. Stay tuned for details.
