Yes, the Bill the Oysterman energy will continue even though he left this plane of existence. Many of you know me from the past decade or so of working with Bill or representing his love for y’all. We shared so many friends and experiences along the way, how could I stop now?
The working title is Parker Presents: Bill the Oysterman. I’ll be bringing the same amazing oysters from the same farms. How best to kick-off the new (oyster) deal than paring up for bubbles and bivalves?
